Compared to some of the recent openings, Bistronomic opened rather quietly a week or so ago. That seemed to be the point. The space is intimate and inviting, with a menu that spends most of its time on cheese, small plates, and other French comfort foods. Of course, executive chef Martial Noguier just came from the elegant Cafe des Architectes, so we were intrigued to see what such a great chef could do at a more affordable price point. You can judge for yourself by clicking on the picture to see the food, the space, and the crowds that have been flocking to the Gold Coast joint since it first opened.
