It’s been a very busy week for openings, what with iNG and Tavernita. Here are some exciting openings that we have missed along the way.

• We first heard about George Street Pub back in September, when it was trying to act all sly and secretive. Luckily, it is planning to officially open today at 4 p.m. in Lakeview. Thrillist claims that there will be egg-topped corned beef hash on a pretzel roll, along with a burger or two. [Thrillist]

• The 312 Dining Diva has the scoop that Stanley’s Kitchen & Tap will be opening a location at Terminal 2 in O’Hare’s on February 26. This continues the trend of established local restaurants opening outlets at one of the busiest airports in the world. [312 Dining Diva]

Chicago Magazine reminds us about Antica, which is hoping to open in Bucktown in early March. The shop will be a sort of artisanal coffee shop during the day, and then transition to a more Italian menu in the evening. The owners hope to have the menu be in line with what’s fresh at the farmers’ market. [Chicago Mag]

• We were also reminded about the opening of Leader Bar in Avondale, which opened a few weeks ago. The epic menu features a collection of sandwiches, along with some entrees like barbecue ribs.
