Siboney Cuban Cuisine opened a little over a year and a half ago along Western Avenue in Bucktown, but it's apparently doing well enough that the owners have decided to expand. They just took over a small coffee shop next door, and instead just using the space as additional seating, it’s instead a quick service sandwich joint called Cafeteria Siboney. It opened officially this week, and we dropped by to see what was going to be on the menu.

This being a Cuban joint, you better believe there is a Cuban sandwich, but the restaurant is also offering other classics like ropa vieja, which features shredded flank steak in a tomato sauce. Also, there is the Hamburguesa Sigoney, there version of a hamburger with "Cuban spices."

The restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day expect Sunday, when it closes at 6 p.m. Check out the full menu below.
