Yeah, it’s Monday, which means it’s a long way until the weekend. Also, that amazing day we had yesterday looks like it was just a fluke, as the temperatures have once again fallen into the 50s. But you know what will make you feel better? Pictures of bacon. That’s right. Last weekend Baconfest Chicago was held at the UIC Forum. The bigger space allowed even more restaurants to attend the pork-centric event and show off their craziest bacon creations. So gaze upon some bacon root beer, bacon gummy bears, and a whole pig wrapped in bacon. It should help take the sting off the start of the week.
