We have farmers’ markets, produce markets, and even a couple French markets in the area, but Chicago doesn’t really have a food and fashion market. Luckily that will all change on June 5 when Dose Market comes to the River East Art Center. Promising to offer the “finest selection” of “artisan food, innovative fashion and high design under one roof,” the event will run once a month all year long. While we’re not as knowledgeable about the fashion side of things, we are glad to see that the food portion will be curated by Tasting Table’s Heather Sperling and DailyCandy’s Emily Fiffer. According to its website, vendors will rotate on a month basis, but the kickoff event in June will include Seedling Fruit, Old Town Social Charcuterie, Rare Tea Cellar, and dozens more. Check out all the details below.
