Remember Brigadoon, the brasserie that Frank Mnuk was hoping to open in the old Mado space in Bucktown? Looks like that is not going to happen, as he has decided to move on to a very different kind of restaurant. He’s now the chef de cuisine at Cité, which is on the 70th floor of the Lake Point Tower. The restaurant is one of those places that is far more famous for the view than the food, a fact that he hopes to change. Talking to Eater he said, “The view they have is ridiculous. They just need amazing food to go along with it.” [Eater]
