Ready for the crowds

We were wondering if this was going to happen. Though Perennial Virant officially starts taking reservations on Monday, it will be opening tonight for walk-ins only. According to a message on its Twitter feed, “Our staff rocked it out tonight,” so it has decided to open. The bar opens at 4:30 p.m. and the kitchen will start at 5 p.m. If you need a look around before you go, Time Out was lucky enough to get a look at the newly renovated space. [PerennialCHI/Twitter]
