Greg Elliott took the executive chef position at the Lockwood in the Palmer House back in October, and released a new menu for the fine dining restaurant a month later. But he hasn’t stopped there. He also recently revamped the menu at Potter’s Lounge, which is also located inside the hotel. The previous menu was a simple collection of all-American appetizers, salads, and even deep dish pizza. The pizza is staying, but Elliot has seriously updated the menu, adding items like chicken satay, beef carpaccio, and a fontina and melted leek flatbread. Check out the full food menu below.
