It’s been a while since we last heard any news about Slurping Turtle, Takashi Yagihashi’s new noodle bar concept in River North. Luckily, designer and avid blogger, Rachelle Bowden, was able to snap a few pics of the storefront, which shows that some progress has been made. In fact, according to its Twitter account, it’s predicting an August 1 opening. The restaurant has also just released details of a few of the dishes that might make the menu, including a soy coconut panna cotta with passion fruit syrup and seasonal berries.
