Standard Bar/Grill opened over the weekend in Wicker Park. The massive new bar is housed in the former Loft Six Ten space, which closed last month. While the last occupant sometimes turned into a glorified club on the weekends, Standard Bar/Grill seems to offer a more relaxed vibe. That’s definitely true of the menu, which seems to be going all in on comfort food. Nearly half of the menu is dedicated to burgers, grilled cheese, and mac and cheese.
