What to Eat at Yuzu Sushi & Robata Grill, Now Open

Is having a robata grill the restaurant craze of the summer? Less than a week after Union Sushi + Barbeque Grill turned on its grill, comes the opening of Yuzu Sushi & Robata Grill in the East Village. It features the cooking of Yut Vong, who also used to work at Sushi Wabi. As the restaurant’s name suggests, the menu consists mostly of sushi and grilled meats, though you’ll also be able to score noodles dishes and some tempura. Check the full menu out for yourself below. Also, while the official grand opening isn’t until Friday, May 27, Vong let us know that it is already open and serving customers for dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. Oh, a bring your own beer, as it’s BYOB for the moment.
