Speaking of huge summer festivals with food vendors, Eater just published the full official list of vendors set to serve food at this year’s Lollapalooza. Graham Elliot is back as the chairman of Chow Town, and he’s collected an impressive list of local restaurants that will take on the task of feeding some 90,000 hungry festival goers. Unlike the event we mentioned this morning, the list for Chow Town includes some of the most acclaimed and exciting restaurants in town.
Though both Sunda and Big Star decided not to return, Elliot was able to rope in a whole host of new eateries. That obviously includes his own new sandwich shop, Grahamwich. It’s also great to see Saigon Sisters, Sola, and even Bonsoiree — which received a Michelin star last year for its inventive cuisine. Check with Eater for the full list, along with “most” of their menus items. We’re particularly interested to see how The Gage will manage to pull off a Scotch egg for the event.
Oh yeah, and there will be bands at this event, too.
