We'll admit that we've never heard of the Hollywood Book Festival before, an annual event held to celebrate "books that deserve greater recognition from the film, television game and multimedia communities." But we have to pay attention when Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas are involved. Their co-memoir, Life, On the Line, just happened to be the grand prize winner of the whole festival, and also picked up best biography/autobiography. Congratulations! Of course, we should have guessed as much considering how many rumors there have been about a possible movie. The official awards ceremony will take place in, appropriately, Hollywood on July 22 at the Roosevelt Hotel.
