Prasino is getting ready to make the transition from the suburbs to the city, as it plans to open a third outlet this fall in Wicker Park. The restaurant’s name means “green” in Greek, and you better believe the restaurant is touting that it is “sustainably-minded” and “eco-friendly.” It won’t officially be open until at least August, but will eventually be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will also be a 100 seat patio. We’ll have to wait to see how it fits into the neighborhoods already busy dining scene, but you can go ahead and preview what the menu will look like here.
