Streeterville: On Sunday, July 10, Dose Market will host its second event at the River East Art Center. If you arrive between 10 a.m. and noon, you will get a chance to sample a complimentary cocktail from the Aviary. The Thai-inspired drink features market strawberries, Thai basil, long pepper and Chandon. [Grub Street]

Lakeview: Last month Falafill featured a speciality wrap by Stephanie Izard, and $1 from each one sold went to charity. Her wrap is now gone, but one by The Bedford’s Mark Steuer is taking its place. The English pea and lemon falafel wrap will be available all of July. [Grub Street]

River North: Much like In-N-Out, M Burger has a collection of “secret” items, which you can’t find on the very small official menu. But two of those items are now ready for the limelight. You can now find the Hurt Burger (a burger with spicy bbq sauce and pepper jack) and the Chicken Betty (chicken sandwich with tomato, avocado, and pepper jack) on the official menu. [Grub Street]

Logan Square: Revolution Brewing is releasing its Barrel Aged General today, which is named for General John A. Logan. The molasses porter was aged in Heaven Hill Rye barrels. [RevBrewChicago/Twitter]
