L20 is hosting a star-studded benefit dinner for the Hawaii Seafood Council on Tuesday, August 30. Along with dishes from L2O’s own impressive staff — which now includes chef Francis Brennan, chef Matthew Kirkley, and new pastry chef Stephanie Prida — the restaurant has also pulled in Curtis Duffy (Avenues), Todd Stein (The Florentine), Paul Virant (Perennial Virant), and Andrew Zimmerman (Sepia) for the event. Reservations are still available, and we have the full menu below.

Featuring such dishes as opah belly, tandoori marinated nairagi, blue kanpachi, and mero seabass, the menu features nine different courses, which doesn’t count the cocktail reception and passed canapés. The event costs $175 per person, and you can get a reservation by calling Meredith at 773-868-0002 or emailing here.
