There are so many new food trucks these days, it’s hard to keep track of them all. Though the restrictive Chicago laws are still in place, a collection of new trucks are about to hit the streets serving everything from calzones to tacos. Here are a few that caught our eye.

Time Out has the details about Zullo’s, an Italian food truck set to start dishing out about 20 varieties of calzones next month. Run by Adriana Marzullo, the calzones will be made form organic flour. That may explain why you’ve probably seen them at a stall at the Green City Market for the past few weeks. [TOC]

Macy’s Culinary Council features such local celebrity chefs as Rick Bayless and Takashi Yagihashi, so when Macy’s A-Go-Go food truck comes town, it makes sense that the two will be on it. 312 Dining Diva reports that Yagihashi will be serving from the truck at the StreetFood Artistry at Galleria Marchetti on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Bayless will then step on board on when the truck is parked at Ethyl’s Beer & Wine from 6 to 9 p.m. on August 16. Sure, we’ve heard about chain restaurants trying their hand at food trucks, but what about clothing stores? Gap is set to roll out “Pico de Gap,” which, according to the L.A. Times, was created to “celebrate the launch of creative director Rosella Giuliani’s new 1969 collection.” It’s currently in L.A., but has plans to stop in Chicago within the next month. Best part? Apparently, all the tacos were created by Top Chef alum, Marcel Vigneron. [
