Have a love of smoked meat and about 30 free minutes? Well, you’ll have a hard time finding anything better to do today than watch Sky Full of Bacon’s latest video, A Barbecue History of Chicago. Mike Gebert interviews some of the most famous pit masters in the city — including James Lemons (Lem’s Bar-B-Que), Robert Adams (Honey 1), and Mack Sevier (Uncle John’s BBQ) — and also digs up a lot of interesting history about this epic South Side tradition. We’re also glad to see that it kind of solidifies Chicago’s main style of barbecue as being the rib tip and hot link combo. Hungry yet? Watch it all below.
