In what’s bound to be the second best beer bust to borrow a title from L.A. hardcore pioneers Black Flag — the first was the Khyber’s recent Ryes Above salute to rye beers — Memphis Taproom is shunning Friday’s shop-til-you-drop mentality and serving up Everything Went Black Friday. From 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. the tappy will serve a brunch menu and pour nothing but beers from the dark side. Among them will be Dogfish Head Worldwide Stout, Avery Mephostopheles, Duck Rabbit Schwarzbier, Sly Fox’s O’Reilly’s Stout and tons more.
