What To Eat at Bar Toma, Opening Today

Tony Mantuano’s Bar Toma opens today in the Bistro 110 space in the shadow of Water Tower (both the actual tower and the shopping center). We’ll have more on it later today, but for now, suffice it to say that it greatly expands the choices for affordable Italian food of all kinds in the area, offering woodburning pizzas, a wine bar, an espresso bar with baked goods like cornettos, and a gelato case. (And in tonight’s case, a benefit for the Green City Market, for which tickets are still available.) Here’s what’s on the bar/restaurant menu, starting in just a few hours.
