While our man Huge Galdones got great shots of the Trenchermen preview Tuesday night (and if you had technical problems with the slideshow, we promise it works now), we grabbed a little video of the Sheerin brothers, posing a question we hoped would shed some light on what the restaurant will be serving when it opens next February: "What's your brother's cooking like?" To be honest, while there are some hints of an answer here and there in our 2-1/2 minute video, we're not going to claim we got a lot of insight into the food. But we did get the sense that the sibling dynamic is going to make this place a lot of fun, occasionally in an obscene way (as this video briefly is). And that has us even more excited about its opening... if no closer to an answer of how you find a culinary midpoint between WD-50, Blackbird, The Signature Room and Three Floyds.
