If you've seen an issue of Edible Chicago you may have the impression that it's all about green, growing things. Which it is, but they like bubbly alcoholic things too— and tonight they'll prove it. Join them for the first of their quarterly (like the magazine) "carousals" celebrating "beer, food and stories" at Sheffield's from 7 to 9 p.m. Brooklyn Brewery will be sampling a new beer, Mary's Maple Porter, and some of the magazine's advertisers will be on hand with foodstuffs.
