Monday marked the maiden voyage for Ravi Kapur’s new pop-up solo venture at Citizen’s Band, and in his words, “I gotta say it was super fun.” Now the former Prospect chef announces some more dates, along with a name for the project: LihoLiho Yacht Club (not to be confused with Juhu Beach Club). As mentioned before, Kapur is testing the waters on some new dishes inspired by recent travels to Japan and back to his home state of Hawaii, and he’ll be offering up a similar menu on the next three upcoming Mondays, at least. See the full menu below.

Make reservations for LihoLiho Yacht Club here, via the Citizen’s Band site for February 27, March 5, and March 12, from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Mondays thereafter may be in play as well, but not yet officially. Walk-ins are welcome at the counter.

The menu is all done “family/dinner party style,” with five dishes in the first course, five dishes in the second course, and two desserts. It’s $65 per person, exclusive of beer or wine, but including tax and gratuity.

The menu below is subject to change based on availability of ingredients and Kapur’s inspiration.
