Namu Gaji, the Dolores Park-adjacent rebirth of Namu, makes its debut tomorrow, April 11, at the corner of 18th and Dolores, and fans of chef Dennis Lee are damn excited. We brought you some photos on Friday, and just now the team sent us the full menu, which includes a variety of small and larger plates for sharing, including dumplings, sizzling charred octopus; pickles; a mixed tempura with shiso leaf, uni, and market vegetables; as well as some raw items. At the center of the menu are some unique Japanese grill items, including “fish parts”; pickled beef tongue with spring onion; “semi-dried” Monterey squid with green garlic and cured salmon roe; and what are sure to be interesting skewers of “chicken parts” and “pig parts.”

It should be noted that Lee will only be doing his Korean Fried Chicken for parties of four or more for the not inconsiderable price of $60, under a section of the menu labeled “large format.” Also in that section is a platter of bo ssam with pork belly and oysters; and a whole grilled fish.

See the full dinner menu below, from which you can start ordering tomorrow evening at 6 p.m., and every night except Monday thenceforward. Also below is the happy hour menu which will be available daily, pre-dinner, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (And don’t forget there’s a takeout window too, for daytime service, opening at 11 a.m. daily and serving until 3 p.m.)
