The Butcher & Larder’s first collaborations with Kuma’s Corner— sausages inspired by their Brujeria and High on Fire burgers— were big hits, if, you know, selling out almost instantaneously counts as a big hit. Just in time for the holiday weekend comes the latest: the Mastodon. This sausage subtly combines pork, bbq beef, bacon, cheddar cheese and onions into a metal-shredding sausage from Hades, and if that isn’t enough goodness for ya, half of the proceeds will be going to this. They’ll go on sale Saturday morning and they’ll last as long as they last, so get down there early.
