Just shy of its first anniversary, Dose Market has become the premiere place to preview what’s coming next to the food scene. Yesterday’s Mother’s Day edition offered first chances to try Kristine Subido’s chicken from Pecking Order, the Asian-influenced food the founders of underground dinner club X-Marx will serve at Flour and Bones, Virtue Cider, Quince+Apple preserves and more.
