He impressed the heck out of Chicago judges (including ourselves) at the Chicago Cochon 555 event six weeks ago, converting a heritage pig into everything from a ginger blood pudding to a bacon donut— not to mention a heap of pulled pork. But Jason Vincent of Nightwood was up against stellar competition including Marc Forgione, Michelle Bernstein and Jamie Bissonette at the Grand Cochon at the Food & Wine classic in Aspen. No matter; Vincent was triumphant again, winning the crown of King of Porc for 2012.
