Celebrate Sepia’s 5th Anniversary With Cocktails, Donations

Popular downtown spot and Michelin star-holder Sepia is marking its 5th anniversary in the most logical possible way: with drinks and presents. The drink is for you— come in for lunch and dinner during July and you’ll be treated to head bartender Josh Pearson’s commemorative cocktail, “A New Chapter,” which features Templeton Rye, housemade strawberry syrup and lemon juice. The presents are for three organizations which Sepia owner Emmanuel Nony selected to give back to music, education and food— the Chicago Children’s Choir, One Million Degrees (the former Illinois Education Foundation), and Meals on Wheels Chicago. They’ll receive donations from a fund funded by a donation of $5 from every check at Sepia during July, and $500 for every event booked in July and August at Sepia’s private dining. It’s an especially worthy time to check out the seasonal food of chef Andrew Zimmerman.
