Who knows what the future may bring in regards to food trucks, but the present is going to be a really hot day, followed by another, and another. And a new food truck recently launched that couldn’t be more apropos. It’s spelled Ice3, pronounced Ice Cubed, and it’s making ice cream… really creative ice cream in all kinds of shapes and flavors, from Crunchberry and banana ice cream to tres leches popsicles.
