Lynn House of Blackbird won out over two worthy competitors, Benjmain Newby (Drumbar) and Liz Pierce (Barrelhouse Flat), to win the first-ever Grey Goose Punch Wars at Vertigo Sky Lounge; she'll go on to the finals in Miami in October. So what was her punch? It was called Diamonds and Pears (Prince allusion intentional), and used Grey Goose's La Poire pear vodka. [312DiningDiva]
