Make a great burger and you'll draw customers. But make great French fries and you'll seal the deal for life. Tim Hockett, chef/partner of M Burger, goes through a lot of French fries, and so he decided to take a trip to see where his come from— notably 100 Circle Farms, one of the largest potato producers in the Pacific Northwest. He also took his iPhone, and in the latest edition of ChefSnaps, our series of pictures taken by the chefs themselves, Chef Hockett tells and shows us what he saw when he went to visit his potato farmers.
