Little Goat Bread Coming Soon to French Market

Crain's reports that Little Goat Bread, the bakery and coffeehouse next to the hugely popular Little Goat Diner, will open a second outpost in the French Market in May. The stand will serve breakfast and lunch with the bakery's bagels, Stumptown coffee, pastries and soup and sandwiches, as well as offering whole loaves of bread and other goods. Izard tells Crain's that she was inspired to look at the market because of the success of her friend Charlie McKenna of Lillie's Q; there are also plans to launch a catering business for the Loop lunch meeting market.
