You saw our slideshow of Chef David Dworshak’s creations from the new Takito Kitchen last week. Now you can try for yourself what has us excited about his dressed-up, but still authentically rooted in Mexican flavors, take on tacos and chips (or rather crackers) and salsa. Not to mention beverage director Adam Weber’s mezcal-based drinks program… which as we noted, borrows spices from the kitchen to keep its flavors in the same region. They’re opening tonight at 5:00 p.m. at 2013 W. Division; we’ve got the opening menu below.
