Chef Edward Lee was one of the final contenders in Top Chef’s Season 9, is a repeat James Beard Award nominee and the chef of Louisville’s acclaimed 610 Magnolia. His first cookbook, offering his unique Korean-Asian spin on Southern flavors (or is it the other way around?), Smoke & Pickles: Recipes and Stories From a New Southern Kitchen, just came out.
