Earlier this year, Hershey’s — which owns the exclusive right to sell the American versions of many British chocolates — filed an intellectual-property lawsuit, stopping suppliers from importing authentic Cadbury treats from England. It basically started the Revolutionary War of chocolate.

Now, an awesome English couple has launched a business — called the British Chocolate Club — that will ship a box of Cadbury candies (and other English sweets) to Anglophiles around the world. Customers can opt for a surprise box of handpicked goods, or request their favorites — like Cadbury Flake, Toffee Crisp, and Mars Milky Way. It only costs $15 per month for eight bars (with a three-month commitment), and shipping is free.

The proprietors of the British Chocolate Club insist that their operation isn’t dodgy, and that the Hershey’s lawsuit doesn’t pertain to individual customers or private households. But a Hershey’s spokesperson isn’t thrilled with this apparent loophole, of course, and says that the business violates trademark rights. In other words: Act fast if you need your Cadbury fix, before big, bad Hershey’s ruins everything.
