Stumptown Unveils Canned Nitro Cold Brew

'Tis the season.
’Tis the season.

Duane Sorenson is serious about the summertime coffee game: Last month, he introduced chocolate cold brew, and today, he’s unveiling nitro cold brew in a can. It’s creamier and bubblier than traditional cold-brew coffee, because it’s controlled at a high pressure, and it also has that cool cascading effect.

The coffee gets produced in Portland, where it’s canned with special nitro widgets, and it’s sold at all Stumptown locations for $5. Grub tip: Stock up and bring the cans to all summer barbecues.
